Job Description Your Role as a Care Professional As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll help clients continue living life their way, with their choices at the centre of your support. To ensure you can support clients effectively, you’ll need a valid driving licence and access to a reliable car. What your days include: Time to Care: Our minimum 1-hour visits mean you’ll build genuine connections, not rush from task to task. Meaningful Support: Offer companionship, encouragement, and practical help with everyday activities. Personal Care with Dignity: Assist clients with essential routines so they feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Keeping Life Lived Fully: Accompany clients to shops, social outings, and appointments, helping them maintain independence and confidence.
