We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive. Flexible hours – mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons, evenings, or a combination that suits you. What You’ll Do As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients live independently and happily at home: Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility) Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands Administer medications and provide reminders Promote independence Deliver one-to-one care with minimum of 1-hour visits What We Offer £12.75–£13.75/hour (£24.50/hr on Bank Holidays) Paid travel and waiting time 35p/mile mileage 28 days’ holiday (pro rata) Pension and staff discounts 24/7 support and fully funded training Qualifications About You: • Naturally caring, reliable, and patient • UK driving license + access to a car (essential) • Right to work in the UK.
