We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to deliver high-quality, one-to-one care to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re an experienced care assistant or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive. What You’ll Do: • Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility) • Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands • Medication admin & reminders • Promote independence • Deliver one-to-one care with a minimum of 1-hour visits Shifts Available: • Day: 7 AM – 3 PM • Evening: 2 PM – 9.30 PM What We Offer: • £12.75–£13.75/hour, (£24.50/hr.) on Bank Holidays • Paid travel & waiting time • 35p/mile mileage • 28 days’ holiday (pro rata) • Pension + staff discounts • 24/7 support and fully funded training Qualifications About You: • Naturally caring, reliable, and patient • UK driving license + access to a car (essential) • Right to work in the UK.
