This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business. Job Description As a Home Instead Care Professional, your clients visits may consist of: Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation Personal Care Help with medications and self-care Companionship Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops Helping your clients to get ready in the morning or with their night-time routine Qualifications No previous care experience is necessary, because full training is provided to all our care professionals. Additional Information What we provide: One hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete talks without rushing and really get to know your clients. Regular team activities, including Care Professional of the quarter awards, Above and Beyond award, team meetings and a 'Refer a friend' bonus scheme. Full award winning training, including City & Guilds certificated courses on Dementia, End of Life and Parkinsons Care. With continued support from our office available around the clock.
