Job Description This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across our service. You will play a vital part in supporting our mission to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care to all clients. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, confident in leading audits and quality assurance, and committed to driving excellence in care standards. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain bespoke, person-centred care plans and risk assessments. Ensure all client records are fully compliant from the outset and throughout the care journey. Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a safe and seamless transition into our service with documentation, safeguarding, and compliance Carry out regular quality checks and audits, following up on any actions promptly. Monitor care delivery, listening first-hand to clients and families about what matters most to them. Support continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. Champion client experience by paying attention to the “small details” that make a big difference. Having a general overview and understanding of clients needs, medications and mobility able to support office team and care professionals Support the training and development for Care Professionals and office team with E-Learning to promote a culture of continuous learning and high standards Support with covering care calls and participating in our office on call rotation Additional Information About You Desired previous experience within the care industry Strong understanding of CQC compliance, care planning, and quality assurance. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Compassionate, detail-focused, and committed to person-centred care. Passionate, resilient and reliable personality Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. Full right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
