Care Quality Improvement Officers Location: Lanarkshire & Glasgow We are recruiting for a Care Quality Reviewing Officers to work in our Lanarkshire and Glasgow Children's services. What we'll need you to bring: Qualification in Social Care SVQ3-4 or above Proven experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector Have confidence in complex situations, using your communication skills to effectively raise concerns and find constructive solution Knowledge and experience of providing high quality support services in a person-centred environment that empowers individuals to reach their potential A strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Standards, relevant legislation and regulations. The ability to analyse and interpret statistical data Excellent time management and organisational skills A creative, innovative and imaginative approach to tasks and adaptable to change The ability to produce high-quality, accurate work to strict and tight deadlines Effective negotiation and team working skills with the ability to work on your own initiative Good administrative skills A professional care or health qualification We have three offices, flexibility to travel when required to support each service may be required. Ideally we are looking for an SVQ level 4 qualified in either the children's or adults sector to join our team. Depending on experience we may accept an SVQ 3 or Leadership and Management. You will be working directly with the Head of Quality Care. You will scrutinise, monitor and ensure care quality standards are met. Audits, spot checks and managing your own workload. You will actively support and deliver best care standards and have knowledge of the SSSC and Care inspectorate standards. This will be a combined field and office based. You will report to the Quality Manager. What we offer you?
