Description

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CARE QUALITY SUPPORT :

  • I must have at least two year’s experience in a Deputy Manager or similar within the elderly care home sector
  • I must have at least one year’s experience of providing some training (e.g. manual handling train the trainer, fire safety train the trainer, medication train the trainer, care planning training)
  • I will have a NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse)
  • I will be computer literate (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
  • I will have a driving licence and comfortable driving 80 miles or more many days of the week
  • I will be happy to work away from home Mon-Fri on a regular basis as and when required
  • I will live 30 miles of the Jasmine Support Hub and/or within 60minutes drive per google maps

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR CARE QUALITY SUPPORT :

  • I will have least three years experience in a Deputy Manager role within the elderly care home sector; or
  • I will have least one years experience in a Compliance role for a group of elderly care homes
Responsibilities

THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT WITH PRODUCING OUR INTERNAL MONTHLY COMPLIANCE REPORT FOR EACH HOME, ASSIST WITH AUDITS, HELP TRAIN AND DEVELOP OUR TEAM AND PROVIDE HANDS-ON HELP TO STRUGGLING HOMES TO IMPROVE THEIR COMPLIANCE AND CARE STANDARDS.
