QUALIFICATIONS:

• RN, LVN, or Nurse Practitioner license required
• Supervisory experience in a clinical or care setting
• Passion for trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care

KEY DUTIES:

• Conduct wellness checks and monitor vitals
• Support walk-in clients and staff with day-to-day operations
• Perform basic first aid and clerical duties
• Maintain accurate daily logs

• Manage a caseload of up to 6 clients/day
• Coordinate care across service providers
• Assist with virtual doctor visits, Medi-Cal enrollment, and housing support
• Document care using Microsoft Teams & EHR tools
