THE ROLE

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our scheduling and care delivery operation. You’ll work closely with clients, caregivers, and management to ensure care is organised effectively, efficiently, and with compassion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, manage, and maintain care schedules for clients and caregivers
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, and availability
• Monitor care delivery to ensure high standards and continuity
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team
• Assist with recruitment, induction, and ongoing support for caregivers
• Respond to schedule changes, emergencies, and last-minute care needs
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all CQC regulations
