Job Description We are looking for an organised, resilient and people-focused Scheduler to join our local team. This role is available due to the current post holder progressing within the company, reflecting our strong commitment to internal development. This is a key coordination role, ensuring care schedules are efficient, responsive and centred around the needs of both clients and Care Professionals. You will: Build and manage effective weekly schedules, factoring in travel time, holidays, training and last-minute changes. Respond calmly and accurately to schedule adjustments, working closely with the wider team. Match Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductions alongside the client services team. Promote continuity of care by scheduling the same Care Professionals at consistent times wherever possible. Develop strong, professional relationships with clients and Care Professionals. Maintain accurate records on the electronic scheduling system. Work with recruitment and care teams to ensure care packages are resourced in a timely and sustainable way. Qualifications Experience in a scheduling or coordination role (home care, health, logistics or similar). Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills with a calm, positive and resilient approach. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently, think logically and meet deadlines. A collaborative team player who builds rapport quickly and professionally. Additional Information Salary: £25,000 per annum, increasing following a successful probationary period. Full training and ongoing support provided.
