This is a permanent part-time opportunity with multiple AM, PM and night shifts available through the week. Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential. 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded. Availability to work AM/ PM and night shifts throughout the week. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records. Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan. Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
