As a valued Care Services Manager, you will lead a highly skilled clinical team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses delivering exceptional care to residents. You will lead a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality services that both meet and exceed standards of person centred  care. The role includes overseeing clinical systems, supporting staff and maintaining excellent care outcomes. This includes liaising with external agencies, conducting effective assessments and reviews of client needs, planning and coordination and case management.  The Care Services Manager is a senior leadership role based in our North Adelaide Residential Care Home. This is the perfect time to join our team at North Adelaide as the home is undergoing a completely refreshed look and feel through significant refurbishment.   If you are looking to take the next step in your leadeship career and help drive high-quality, person-centred care in a contemporary environment, this could be the role for you.   You’ll also make an impact by: * Ensuring optimal person centred care delivery, while monitoring individualised care  needs and timely  clinical assessments  to reflect any changes. * Working closely with and building positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, registered supporters,  families and staff, as well as managing quality improvement activities to achieve specific goals and objectives.  * Supporting the Clinical Nurse and Residential Services Manager in delivering high-quality care through daily clinical triage and assessment.  * Being an integral member of the leadership team and working collaboratively to ensure residents’ needs are met through a person centred approach. You’ll also support the growth and devleopment of staff by providing guidance, education and mentorship to new graduates and junior clinicians.   What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: * Current registration as Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). * Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. * Experience in a leadership role with demonstrated capability in workload management, performance management, critical thinking and problem solving. * Understanding of financial, material and human resources management. * Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement. * Experience working within regulatory and legislative practice parameters in relation to nursing practice. * A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.   You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: * Post-basic qualifications relevant to aged care or management * Understanding of the aged care sector and contemporary issues relating to the Aged Care Industry. * Knowledge and experience of documentation and continuous improvement requirements in aged care   Please click the link below to view the position description: Care Services Manager Position Description [https://helpinghandagedcare.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/PDupdate/EYD7R-8oHd9PixcovQBAco8BYK22UJ9cocSda8TOqMthkA?e=NDCeKC;]   Why Helping Hand?   We get it - a role in aged care is more than just money.
