We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live independent and fulfilling lives.

Shift Pattern (Day Shifts – may vary by ISL House)

WEEK 2

• Tuesday: 8.00am – 4.00pm & 8.00pm (every evening)
• Wednesday: 8.00am – 4.30pm
• Thursday: 8.00am – 4.30pm
• Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm
  Additional overtime available to cover planned and unplanned leave.
  What You’ll Do

You’ll support individuals in their daily lives, both at home and in the community, including:

• Social activities & outings
• Developing independence skills
• Personalised care & positive risk-taking
• Shopping & everyday tasks
• Behavioural support & encouragement
• Relaxation and leisure time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs (essential)
• A kind, patient, and proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) + own car (to transport service users)
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (or already registered on the update service)
• Ability to provide two references
