REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum NITEC/ higher NITEC or equivalent
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Open to doing shift work, including night shifts

• Attend to patients’ general hygiene and carry out patient care activities
• Ensure patients’ dietary and nutritional needs are met
• Assist with admissions and inter-departmental transfers
• Assist in conducting clinical tests and monitoring patients’ vital signs during their stay
• Assist with nursing procedures such as, but not limited to, wound dressing, emergency procedures and cannulation
• Manage visitations and follow up on discharges and appointments for patients
• Request, file and compile medical records and casenotes
• Assist in clerical duties such as handling incoming and outgoing mails, discharging of simple cases, and performing daily ward rounds
