FINANCIAL IMPACT

· Ensure that the care service is delivered to service users at the times and for the duration specified in the relevant individual agreement(s) and contract standards.
· Monitors Time Keeping System of Carers
· Handles carers attendance and schedule
· Ensure that the allocated staff attending each appointment has the relevant skills and knowledge to support the needs of each service user.
· To identify suitable staff to cover any absences and reallocate these shifts, this may be due to sickness or holiday.
· Corresponding with potential service providers to accept/reject incoming care packages within the allocated time.
· Meet the requirements set in the KPIs.
