This position provides direct care and in-home support services to the participants in a home care setting. As a Care Support Specialist, you are responsible for training and mentoring new caregivers development, provide support to caregivers and clients maintaining ongoing relationships in the field, as well as provide staffing support to ensure client services are delivered on time and are appropriate for the client’s needs. You will also assist with monitoring client’s conditions and reassessments to ensure appropriate care plan documentation.
