Male Support Workers – Central Coast Area
We’re looking for compassionate and experienced female Support Workers to assist a participant in the Gosford region who requires support with mental health and complex behavioral needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male (as per participant preference)
• Prior experience in disability support, mental health, or behavioral support
• Calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach
• Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• NDIS Orientation Module and Behavior Support training (or willing to complete)

• Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies
• Support mental health and emotional regulation
• Provide assistance with daily living and personal care
• Facilitate community access and social participation
• Maintain accurate daily notes and incident reports
