CARE ASSISTANT

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Care experience
• Patient care skills
• Alzheimer’s, dementia, or residential care experience
• Proficiency in meal preparation
• Strong communication and time management skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care needs
• Provide personal care and companionship tailored to individual requirements
• Support the care team in monitoring residents and reporting changes in health
• Communicate with residents’ families and other healthcare professionals
• Create and foster a clean and safe environment
