EachStep Care Blackley is a 60 bedded purpose built specialist dementia care service, that provides respite, residential, nursing and end of life care. The home brings together modern dementia-friendly environment design, leading person-centred care approaches, a significant focus on involving the local community, and a commitment to making a social impact in the Manchester area.
We are now recruiting for Care Support Workers to join our caring, professional and friendly team. The shift times are 10pm - 6am & 8pm- 8am
To be a great Care Support Worker you will be a calm and patient person who wants to provide the best possible care and support to our residents. No day is the same and working in care is a really rewarding career. You will not only provide personal care, you will also really get to know your residents and be involved in ensuring their interests and needs are met.
We are looking for people with right behaviours who really do want to make a difference. Full training is provided.
