• Minimum 6 months of UK care experience
• Experience in complex care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A kind, respectful, and person-centred approach to care
• Ability to work confidently within a professional care team
