Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the home delivers outstanding care to our residents. You’ll lead by example, support staff development, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior carer, team leader, or deputy looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home
Ensure high standards of person-centred care
Supervise and mentor care staff, supporting professional development
Oversee care planning, audits, and compliance with CQC standards
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies
