This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota. We are currently recruiting a Care Team Leader / Trainer who will play a pivotal role in supporting and line-managing our dedicated Care Professionals. This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Deliver new Care Professional Orientation Training Facilitate Home Instead’s Dementia and End of Life Care training courses Support Care Professionals in the community and during on-call hours Be trained and qualified to deliver Medication Administration and Moving & Positioning support Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide the highest standard of care Qualifications About You This role would suit an experienced Care Professional or Senior Carer who is looking to take the next step in their career.
