THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR SOMEBODY WHO IS EXPERIENCED IN SENIOR CARE OR HAS AN NVQ 2 (OR WORKING TOWARDS) AND HAS EXPERIENCE IN USING MARRS AND DCP

Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
