Designed in a country homestead style, the well-loved centre provides 160 beds catering to all levels of care, including respite, Ageing in Place, dementia, and palliative care.
As the Care Team Manager at Kularoo Centre, you’ll be the heart and soul of our clinical care setting. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to residents with complex needs. You will oversee clinical care, ensure compliance with best practices, and promote continuous improvement. Your role will also involve managing staffing resources, providing leadership support, and fostering a positive and safe work environment. By championing quality care and professional development, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and staff alike.
