Teamwork: Hold monthly team meetings and 1:1 supervisions to keep everyone connected, motivated, and on track.
Recruitment Rockstar: Assist in bringing new team members onboard, from interviews to induction.
Care Plans & Records: Ensure that care plans, risk assessments, and records are top-notch and up-to-date.
Smooth Operations: Work with the Support Coordinator to manage the team rota and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Compliance Champion: Ensure we’re always working in line with our policies, safety standards, and all things legal to keep our service user’s experience as smooth as possible.
