ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Care Training Consultant, you’ll take the reins of our induction program, ensuring every new team member has the best start to their career with us. You’ll design and deliver engaging training sessions that breathe life into our values, covering topics from safeguarding and medication to mental health and more.
Imagine making training not just informative, but memorable and practical! Your goal will be to ensure our new recruits leave not only informed but inspired and ready to make a real impact. And as you support our Learning and Development Coordinator with apprenticeships and career pathways, you’ll be shaping the workforce of tomorrow.
Note: This role involves travel across multiple locations in South-East Kent, so a valid driving license and access to a car are essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Leading inspiring induction sessions to help new hires achieve their Care Certificate.
  • Designing and delivering engaging, real-world training that meets the unique needs of care.
  • Incorporating CQC standards and legislation into everything you teach.
  • Building staff confidence and skills in areas such as safeguarding, autism, medication management, and mental health.
  • Supporting career development pathways, including apprenticeships and qualifications.
  • Monitoring training compliance and continuously evolving our programs, ensuring that the people we support remain at the center of our learning.
  • Championing a culture of growth, learning, and excellence across the organisation.

You’ll shine in this role if you are:

  • An experienced trainer within health and social care.
  • Qualified with Level 3 AET (or PTLLS/CTLLS).
  • ️ A confident communicator, able to engage and inspire any audience.
  • ️ Organised, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a growing organisation.
  • Passionate about using training as a tool to unlock potential and improve lives
