As our services continue to expand in the Benfleet area, we’re looking for kind, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to join our growing family.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for carers who are passionate about making a difference, with the flexibility to work between 7:00am and 11:00pm.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
• A caring nature and strong communication skills
• A reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• The ability to work independently and within a team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Delivering respectful personal care
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with meal prep, medication, and household tasks
• Assisting with shopping, daily routines, and mobility needs
• Engaging clients in their hobbies and activities
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
