OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care. This role requires a strong commitment to person centered care and enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Sutton - covering postcode SM5 AND SM6

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience is preferred but not essential as complete training and shadowing support provided.
  • Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage behaviours effectively
  • First aid certification is an advantage; willingness to obtain if not already certified
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility support
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
