  • Engage in behaviour management techniques to support clients with special needs.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care manager.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
