Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in social care.
• Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
