What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines in a respectful, dignified way
- Helping residents maintain independence, confidence, and connections
- Joining in with activities and encouraging residents to take part in what they enjoy
- Supporting mealtimes and working alongside our fantastic cooks and activities team
- Creating a safe, warm, and friendly environment for everyone in the home
