Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to Care Workers
• Mentor staff and support their performance and professional development
• Partner with the Rostering Team to address scheduling issues and staffing bottlenecks
• Help optimise staff availability and appropriate staff-to-client matching
• Provide practical support to rostering and undertake active rostering when required
• Promote respectful, culturally responsive and person-centred service delivery
• Support continuity and quality of home care and disability services
