You will take incoming calls from CT families seeking assistance to pay their childcare expenses You will help childcare providers with eligibility and invoice questions relating to the Care4Kids program You will support employers in ensuring that their staff can benefit from Care4Kids childcare subsidies A Day In the Life Every day is different—but always meaningful. Support individuals and families by phone, assisting them in connecting to childcare services and navigating the application process Serve people with customer service or contact center experience who enjoy helping families by phone Work as an organized, detail-focused team member who can document cases and follow eligibility guidelines Manage a fast-paced environment, meet call and documentation goals, and provide caring, accurate support Balance empathy with efficient problem-solving in a high-volume contact center setting. Schedule & Environment 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch break) and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. every third Thursday of the month Full-time position Hybrid schedule after training (4 days remote, 1 day in office) Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Perks & Benefits $20.00 per hour base pay. Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking candidates who are hired and successfully pass certification will receive an additional $0.75 per hour worked ($1.50 per hour for proficiency in both languages).
