What You’ll Do Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for the Care4Kids program Manage a caseload and review applications and re-determinations Calculate benefit awards and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide excellent customer service while responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate case documentation A Day in the Life Every day is different—but always meaningful. Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking candidates who are hired and successfully pass certification will receive an additional $0.75 per hour worked ($1.50 per hour for proficiency in both languages).
