REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in career services, event management, sales, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience leading and facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders in a professional setting.
• High level of interpersonal skills, including experience, maintain positive relationships with various constituencies, such as students, employers, other staff, and the public.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently, as a member of a team, under pressure, and in a complex environment.
• Adept at handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in computer software and web application skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior recruiting experience or experience in employer engagement in a higher education setting.
• Familiarity with online recruitment systems preferred, especially Handshake and client relationships management systems.
• Experience building and managing internal relationships and with external partners.
• Experience managing large-scale events.
• Knowledge of Cornell, especially Cornell colleges/schools and majors.
• 4+ years in career services, events management, sales, marketing, or employer relations.
  This is a full-time position based in Ithaca, NY and will provide hybrid work flexibility.
