Gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you explore the inner workings of our city.  By the end of the program, you'll: * Understand how local government provides services and supports our community * Develop leadership and team-building skills * Learn from experienced professionals across various city departments The program is led by: * Career Catalyst Committee * Human Resources Department * Participating City Departments To be eligible, you must: * Be between the ages of 16 and 21 * Provide most recent education transcripts  * Be available for the entire program duration * Attend orientation, work 25 hours per week for 8 weeks, and participate in the awards ceremony at the end of the program * Be willing to work in any assigned department * Have reliable transportation * Be able to attend a City Council meeting ***This is a part-time position.
