The Syntax Institute is an AZAV-certified training provider for digital future professions. With practical training courses in IT administration, IT security, and IT systems in healthcare, we support our participants in developing in-demand expertise and successfully entering the IT industry.

This advanced training provides practical instruction in the fundamentals of IT, technical support, and system administration. Step by step, you will develop the skills that companies need to operate modern IT infrastructures – from networks and operating systems to cloud technologies and IT security.

Your topics in the course:

• IT fundamentals & digital work environments: Learn how to professionally use operating systems, digital work environments, and modern productivity tools. You will also gain insights into the effective use of AI tools in everyday IT work.
• IT Support & User Support: Gain practical knowledge in IT support, work with ticketing systems, and learn to professionally assist users with technical problems. You will work with hardware, operating systems, networks, and IT security.
• System and network administration: Deepen your knowledge in the areas of networks, servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud technologies. You will learn to manage, monitor, and secure modern IT infrastructures.

Upon completion of the training, you will possess sought-after skills for positions in IT support, system administration, or network administration.
