Every student is paired with a dedicated career coach who walks alongside them on their professional journey. Now, we’re on the lookout for an empathetic, motivated individual to join our team as a Career Coach.

• No prior knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
• You will work with an awesome team!
• You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring CNAs. Witnessing their growth and success can be incredibly rewarding.
• You’ll provide case management, barrier resolution, and placement services to program participants.
• Help individuals identify SMART career and life goals and guide them as they take steps toward success.
• Sharpen your own skills in communication, problem-solving, and resource navigation. You’ll become adept at connecting individuals with the right opportunities.
• Engaging with individuals from various backgrounds—culturally, emotionally, and physically—adds richness to your work. Every day brings new perspectives and learning opportunities.
• Teach employability and life skills workshops, covering topics like resumes, cover letters, interview skills, and more.
