The Career Coach role is focused on supporting economic mobility for youth and adults in Central Indiana through personalized coaching and community engagement. The position involves assessing participants’ interests, strengths, and skills, and guiding them toward employment, training, or educational opportunities. The individual will develop tailored employment and career plans, conduct regular coaching sessions, and monitor progress from recruitment to job retention and advancement. They will maintain detailed participant records, collaborate with community partners, and stay informed about healthcare career pathways and certification requirements. The role also includes advocating for marginalized individuals, facilitating group training and financial coaching, and actively participating in team development and professional learning activities.
