THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Career Coach who’s equal parts motivator, organizer, and cheerleader. You’ll listen to potential students’ career goals, help them map out their next steps, and give them a nudge (or two) when they stall along the way. Think of it as guiding people through an exciting — sometimes messy — but ultimately life-changing journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Get to know students one-on-one — their goals, dreams, and what’s holding them back.
• Build genuine connections with potential students so you can support them with confidence.
• Stay on top of lots of follow-up (this is where your organization skills shine).
• Remind, encourage, and sometimes “herd cats” to keep students focused on their goals.
• Celebrate the wins — big and small — as students move toward enrollment and beyond.
