Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be mobile in a standard office and various program/event sites.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzes and interprets labor market data to inform partnership strategy
  • Builds relationships with employers, industry professionals, and other relevant organizations to create opportunities for youth and adults and ensures warm connections
  • Identifies employment resources (e.g., apprenticeships, certification programs, etc.) in the community to facilitate Campagna’s work with youth and adults
  • Tracks and understands requirements to access resources (e.g., eligibility criteria to participate in various training programs
  • Seeks information on resources that assist program staff as they assist clients in bridging certification/education gaps and transferring credentials from other countries
  • Proactively shares information and resources through various methods (e.g., written and/or workshops) with staff and/or volunteers engaged in supporting youth and adults
  • Links staff with appropriate community resources to support them in their work with youth and adults
  • Maintains information on relevant employment and education resources aligned with Campagna’s goals and objectives
  • Contributes information, where appropriate, to support the organization’s ability to track outcomes linked to specific work activities (e.g., providing referrals and offering workshops to staff/volunteers)
  • Represents Campagna Center at local events focused on career and workforce readiness opportunities for youth and adults
  • Identifies leads that might support fundraising efforts related to increasing capacity of Campagna programs to further organizational goals related to economic mobility
  • Meets regularly with staff to understand common needs
  • Other duties as assigned
