Description At Alabama Credit Union (ACU), we want you to feel good about your future. The role of the Career Development Intern is to support team member service and performance, content management, and refine online resources. This individual will audit educational content within an online database to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The Career Development Intern is an integral part of a collaborative learning experience team responsible for the internal communication at ACU. This individual will review, analyze, and promote, and facilitate career development content and resources. Start Date/Duration: This internship is part-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) and temporary (10 weeks). The program begins on May 26, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2025. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. The Talent Development Intern will… Assist in the design, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of career development programs and workshops. Help manage program participant feedback surveys and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote career development initiatives. Maintain and update internal documentation, learning portals, and resource libraries. Support mentors and subject matter experts to refine existing content to support cross-functional career development goals. Assist with the coordination of ACU Summer Internship Program initiatives. Showcase the following skills: organized, detail- oriented, advanced verbal/written communication skills, able to work well with others, and able to teach/instruct others to meet industry standards.
