Hamilton Aquatics is looking for motivated and ambitious UAE Nationals to join our 18 month Emirati Graduate Trainee Programme. This structured development role is designed to build foundational skills, provide exposure to multiple departments, and prepare trainees for successful long term careers within the organisation. Through hands on learning, mentorship, and regular performance feedback, the trainee will gain strong organisational understanding and develop the capabilities required for placement into a suitable permanent role at the end of the programme. Key Objectives Participate in an 18 month rotational development programme, completing learning objectives for each department. Support daily operational tasks as an active team member during each rotation. Attend regular check ins with mentors and HR, completing all required assessments and progress reviews. Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively across departments. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and continuous learning throughout the programme. Contribute to team workload, deliver tasks on time, and apply feedback to improve performance. Prepare for successful transition into a permanent role by developing broad organisational understanding and skills.
