Scale 6 (points 18 – 22) £30,559 - £32,654 FTE
Actual pro rata starting salary based upon 30 hours per week, term time only - £20,775.04
Hours of work – Term time only (38 weeks per annum)
4 days per week (maximum 30 hours per week)
We are looking to appoint an exceptional Career Guidance and Development Lead to join our dynamic and supportive administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
The postholder will be instrumental in organising and supporting the Careers, Year 9 options, KS4 options, Post-16 and Post-18 information, advice and guidance activities available to Years 7-13. It is also an opportunity for someone to work directly with pupils and students, their parents/carers and members of staff in a guidance role.
This post is suitable for candidates either with existing qualifications and experience relating to careers guidance or a candidate with a strong background in administration with a desire to undertake training.
