CAREER LAUNCH SENIOR ANALYST (MATERNITY LEAVE COVER)

As a Career Launch Senior Analyst, your primary focus will be supporting the team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from offer acceptance to start date. You’ll guide colleagues, share expertise, and help ensure team deliverables are met, while also managing your own candidates with care and professionalism. This is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to mentor and support others effectively.
  • Proven multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, change-driven environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Ireland RTW processes and Workday onboarding.
  • Experience supporting international and relocating candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of background checks and compliance tasks.
  • Adapt to new processes and contribute to transformation initiatives.
  • Support other market units/countries as required.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across recruitment and the business.
  • Set a high standard in candidate communication and experience.
  • Deliver consistently within defined SLAs (e.g., contract creation, onboarding).
