Hybrid or remote work is not available for field and operations-based positions. Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary depending on the position, but can include: Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, heating, and maintenance-related work Supporting field technicians, mechanics, and project teams on job sites Receiving, organizing, and preparing tools, materials, and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following company safety procedures and industry best practices Communicating with supervisors, coworkers, and office staff professionally Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time Supporting warehouse, operations, and service functions as needed Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime may be available depending on role and workload Experience (Preferred) Trade school training through APEX, Lincoln Technical Institute or a similar vocational program Exposure to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, or building systems Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Any hands-on internship, apprenticeship, warehouse, or field experience is a plus Shift Availability Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute Bronx, NY 10458 (Required) Ability to travel to NYC job sites as needed Work Location In person Requirements Qualifications / Skills Recent trade school graduate or candidate with related vocational training Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Comfortable performing hands-on physical work Interest in building a long-term career in HVAC, plumbing, heating, or building operations Minimum Education and Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Trade school education or relevant technical training preferred Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Prior experience in heating, HVAC, plumbing, construction, warehouse, or maintenance work is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and heating maintenance while supporting field technicians and project teams on job sites. Responsibilities also include organizing tools and materials and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
