Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks 10. Manage and maintain the recruitment data. 11. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment progress and activities. 12. Strengthen and promote our employer brand to attract top talent 13. Participate in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and talent attraction events
