Duties
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career/Sales consultant to join our team. As the Career/Sales consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also oversee marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record in outside sales and account management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
