Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000/year

Hours: 9 AM - 5PM (PST)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree, diploma or certificate from a recognized University or College in a relevant discipline (Degree preferred).
  • Three years’ experience in a related field, such as recruitment or employment counselling or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a high paced, target driven enviroment.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner,
  • Keep records of all conversations in our systems in a comprehensive way.
  • Meet team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Responsibilities
  • Developing external relationships to build practicum placements and job leads to ensure students and graduates are informed of openings within their industry within the scheduled timeframe
  • Collaborating with Instructors to determine practicum placement experiences for students
  • Contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student experience, including practicums and the job search process
  • Engaging students in the work search process – tracking and monitoring activity
  • Achieving the College’s targeted employment rates
  • Ensuring campus compliance with policies relating to practicum placement, employment supports and documentation
  • Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
  • Acting in a manner that upholds the College standards
  • Other related duties, as required
