Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000/year

Hours: 9 AM - 5PM (PST)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree, diploma or certificate from a recognized University or College in a relevant discipline (Degree preferred).
- Three years’ experience in a related field, such as recruitment or employment counselling or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a high paced, target driven enviroment.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner,
- Keep records of all conversations in our systems in a comprehensive way.
- Meet team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Responsibilities:
- Developing external relationships to build practicum placements and job leads to ensure students and graduates are informed of openings within their industry within the scheduled timeframe
- Collaborating with Instructors to determine practicum placement experiences for students
- Contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student experience, including practicums and the job search process
- Engaging students in the work search process – tracking and monitoring activity
- Achieving the College’s targeted employment rates
- Ensuring campus compliance with policies relating to practicum placement, employment supports and documentation
- Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
- Acting in a manner that upholds the College standards
- Other related duties, as required
