Description:

Job Summary:
The Career Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Career Services department at CIMT College. The primary objectives include achieving high employment rates for graduates within their field of study within six months of course completion and ensuring timely placement of students into practicum/internship positions within one to two days of their course/Theory completion date. The Career Services Manager will develop and implement strategies, manage a team of career services professionals, and foster relationships with employers and industry partners to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in career services, recruitment, or a related area, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain employer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and career services management software.
